Ralston joined Goldman Sachs as a managing director in 2015, having previously been chief operations officer of SunGard’s brokerage business, responsible for SunGard’s real-time market data business, MarketMap and the SunGard Global Network. He helped shape the strategic direction of SunGard’s trading business in the United States, exploring integration opportunities across product lines and defining new product offerings. Ralston is knowledgeable in the areas of equities trading technology and the corresponding trading strategies that leverage product advances.
