Arjun leads the Investment Association’s regulatory affairs work covering institutional business and capital markets regulation. He represents the buy side in policy discussions with regulators across Europe and has been most recently, involved in developing the buy-side’s messages in relation to MiFIR/D II. Currently, the biggest challenges facing the regulatory affairs division within the Investment Association relate to the implementation of MiFIR/D II; the use of dealing commissions for investment research and the G-SIFI designation of asset managers and investment funds.
