Stephane Boujnah

Newly appointed, Stéphane is Chairman of the Managing Board of Euronext, the pan-European stock exchange operating regulated markets in Amsterdam, Brussels, Lisbon, London and Paris. His proven track record as a successful manager of international organisations, advising on equity raising and M&A advice for venture capital funds and innovative technology companies and his extensive experience of the financial markets, in particular in dealing with European corporates and with global investors, makes him a highly suitable candidate for the role.
